Responsibilities

Coaching staff to deliver excellent customer service

Producing high quality food

Delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience

Cash handling

Following the Learning Management System Training Program

Developing others for career growth

Enforcing policies and procedures

Participating in local and national marketing initiatives

Building sales

Maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation practices

Being certified in all four positions of the restaurant

Effective communication

Having a sense of urgency

Expectations

Move or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance, unless a medical notation applies

Work 38–40 hours per week

Have reliable transportation to and from work

Communicate with the GM/AGM/DM regarding any issues

Lead by example in food quality, customer interaction, and appearance: arrive in clean, fitted uniform daily

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year QSR experience preferred

Minimum age 18 to operate slicer

Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler

Reliable transportation

Benefits Tips range between $4–$6 an hour on top of your hourly wage!
