Logistics Manager We are seeking an experienced

Logistics Manager

to oversee, plan, and improve all logistics operations for our project and organizational needs. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands‑on coordination to ensure materials, equipment, and deliveries flow efficiently and support project schedules. The ideal candidate understands supply chain processes, communicates well across teams, and can manage high-volume, fast‑moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and equipment movement

Develop and implement logistics processes, workflows, and performance standards

Supervise and support logistics staff, warehouse teams, and coordinators

Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and suppliers to maintain timely and accurate deliveries

Oversee procurement tracking, order management, and material forecasting

Maintain accurate inventory systems, stock levels, and equipment tracking

Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and recommend improvements to reduce delays or costs

Ensure site organization, staging areas, and warehouses operate efficiently and safely

Solve logistics issues involving delays, shortages, damaged materials, or priority conflicts

Work closely with project management, field teams, and subcontractors to align logistics with schedules

Manage documentation such as bills of lading, manifests, packing lists, and compliance documents

Support budget planning and cost control for logistics operations

Qualifications

3–7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or materials management (lead or supervisory roles preferred)

Strong understanding of shipping coordination, inventory systems, and vendor management

Experience with logistics software, ERP systems, or inventory management platforms

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments

Forklift, equipment, or DOT‑related knowledge is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills

Background in construction, manufacturing, distribution, or similar industries

Experience building or scaling logistics processes for large projects

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs

Ability to lead a team and foster a high‑performance culture
