Job Summary This position provides support for the Admissions Department, oversees the Student Field trips, and any other related school Administration needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in fulfilling internal and external communication needs for Admissions
Manage communication needs for the school as directed
Coordinate tasks with the Admissions Director that assist in the efficient enrollment of students (1 Corinthians 14:40)
Answer voicemails and emails left for the Admissions Department as directed, in a timely manner (Colossians 4:6)
Facilitate school tours for perspective families (Acts 20:28)
Complete change forms and check requests
Help with placement testing and school events
Track parent volunteer hours
Job Skills and Competencies
Working knowledge of Google software
Comfortable with social media platforms
Strong spelling, grammar, and typing skills
Attention to detail
Ability to write with a provided style guide
Takes initiative, manages tasks independently, and delivers results with minimal supervision
Other Qualifications
Regular attendance at a local Bible-believing church
Keep the ministry in the forefront of all you do, with a servant heart and optimistic attitude (Philippians 2:3)
Conduct yourself in a manner that reinforces the core values and mission of Calvary Chapel and agree to our Statement of Faith
