About The Role We are looking for a
Quality Control Inspector
to join our
1st Shift Operations . This role is responsible for verifying that all production parts and assemblies meet customer-provided drawings, specifications, and job instructions. If you have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of quality control processes, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Utilize customer-provided drawings, specifications, and route sheets to determine production requirements.
Inspect components for cosmetic and dimensional accuracy according to specifications.
Verify that all production processes have been completed as required.
Ensure part marking is complete and accurate per customer requirements.
Confirm packaging meets or exceeds customer specifications.
Maintain calibration of inspection tools and equipment to ensure accuracy.
Complete internal and external non-conformance reports as required.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of inspection experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Ability to read blueprints and verify dimensional data using various inspection tools, including calipers, go/no-go gauges, and tape measures.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Energetic and positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical ability to assist in shipping as required.
