Base salary range for Continuous Improvement Manager between $90,000 and $110,000 USD annually.

Location At our facility in Pryor, Oklahoma, you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Tissue team as the Continuous Improvement Manager.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for coaching the rigorous usage and ongoing improvement of lean manufacturing tools in the Pryor Paper Mill and Converting Plant.

Conduct quarterly loss analyses to identify top opportunities, lead cost savings initiatives, and ensure site action plans are well aligned with the most impactful opportunities.

Provide guidance, support, and coaching on rigorous usage of foundational lean tools – PerformEx as a way of working every day.

Execute regular loss analysis data drilldowns to identify key opportunities for improvements.

Serve as the problem‑solving lead for helping teams solve complex issues following a DMAIC process.

Lead cost reduction initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools.

Qualifications

Engineering background with strong understanding of operations and lean principles.

Excellent interpersonal skills; a true people person and problem solver.

Strong proficiency in Excel (mandatory); Power BI or SAP experience is a plus.

Ability to coach teams, build systems, and collaborate within a strong leadership team.

Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an asset.
