Linxus Group Inc.
We are seeking a dynamic Continuous Improvement Leader to drive operational excellence and cost savings through the rigorous application of Lean and Six Sigma principles. This role will focus on coaching teams, analyzing losses, and leading initiatives that enhance efficiency and reliability across the Pryor Paper Mill and Converting Plant.
Key Responsibilities
Champion the
use and continuous improvement of Lean manufacturing tools
throughout the mill and converting operations.
Conduct
quarterly loss analyses
to identify top improvement opportunities and ensure alignment of site action plans with the most impactful initiatives.
Provide
guidance and coaching
on foundational Lean tools, including PerformEx, as part of daily operations.
Perform
data drilldowns
to uncover root causes and prioritize improvement actions.
Serve as the
problem-solving lead , guiding teams through complex issues using the DMAIC process.
Lead
cost reduction projects
leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications
Engineering background
with a strong understanding of operations and Lean principles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to coach and influence teams effectively.
Advanced Excel proficiency
(mandatory); experience with Power BI or SAP is a plus.
Ability to
build systems, coach teams, and collaborate
within a strong leadership structure.
Green Belt or Black Belt certification
preferred.
