We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Project Manager to oversee technology, software, and data integration projects across our healthcare and laboratory network.

This role bridges operations, IT systems, and financial data analytics, ensuring that software platforms, lab systems, and revenue‑cycle workflows run efficiently and deliver actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of healthcare data, RCM processes, and lab information systems (LIS) — managing implementations and performance reporting across multiple entities such as MyHealthSight, Gene ID, and NWL.

Key Responsibilities

Lead coordination between MyHealthSight, NWL, and Gene ID to align technology and reporting frameworks.

Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, software providers, and integration partners.

Track risk, scope, and budget; maintain weekly updates and executive summaries.

Support post‑implementation reviews and continuous process improvement initiatives.

IT & Software Implementation

Lead implementation and optimization of key software platforms including EMR, LIS, RCM, CRM, and reporting tools.

Manage vendor integrations (e.g., billing systems, clearinghouses, and EDI/API connections).

Oversee IT rollouts, workflow mapping, and process documentation for lab operations and billing systems.

Coordinate between lab managers, billing teams, compliance, and third‑party vendors to ensure successful system adoption.

Ensure data integrity, HIPAA compliance, and seamless migration during software transitions.

Data Analytics & Reporting

Build and maintain dashboards tracking claims performance, denial trends, payer mix, and collection ratios across labs.

Analyze operational, clinical, and financial data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for growth.

Partner with leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for RCM, lab utilization, and sales pipeline tracking.

Develop recurring data reports and presentations for investors, compliance teams, and executives.

Utilize Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau to visualize performance across multiple entities.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Health Informatics, or Business Administration.

5+ years of experience managing IT, healthcare software, or RCM‑related projects.

Strong understanding of RCM workflows, LIS/EMR systems, and payer data analytics.

Proven ability to turn complex data into actionable dashboards and insights.

Experience managing cross‑functional healthcare teams and technology vendors.

Excellent communication, documentation, and project tracking skills.

Preferred Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or Healthcare Data Analytics (Google, Microsoft, or AHIMA).

Preferred Competencies

Familiarity with claim scrubbing, CPT/ICD‑10 codes, and billing data analysis.

Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, COUNTIFS) and dashboard automation.

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT best practices.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience consolidating data across multiple labs, systems, or payer sources.
