What You’ll Do:

Pull, process, and prioritize parts orders for customers and internal teams

Coordinate workflow to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time

Assist with training and mentoring Parts Workers on processes and safety standards

Operate forklifts to move, stage, and organize inventory

Receive and verify incoming parts shipments

Monitor order accuracy and address issues before the end of the shift

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding shift needs

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior warehouse or parts room experience (lead or senior‑level experience preferred)

Comfortable operating a forklift

Ability to lift up to

50 lbs

and work in non‑climate‑controlled environments

Strong computer, organization, and communication skills

Ability to lead by example and work effectively in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
