Mustang Cat, the authorized Caterpillar® dealer for Southeast Texas, is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Worker to support our growing operations in Hempstead, TX. This hands‑on position plays a key role in pulling and processing orders for heavy equipment parts, supporting our technicians, service shops, and branch locations.

Note: This role will be based at our new Hempstead location, opening in early 2026! Training and onboarding will take place at our Headquarters in Houston, TX until the new facility is ready.

What You’ll Do as a Parts Worker:

• Pull parts orders manually and using a forklift
• Handle shipping and receiving of Caterpillar equipment parts
• Expedite orders to support urgent field service and shop repairs
• Process all orders accurately by the end of each shift
• Make or build hydraulic hoses as needed
• Assist with loading/unloading the shuttle truck
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in non‑climate-controlled areas
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with order systems
• Strong commitment to safe work practices
• Prior experience in heavy equipment parts, distribution, or industrial supply chains. Training will be conducted at our Houston, TX Headquarters, 12800 Northwest Freeway, Houston, TX 77040, until the Hempstead location opens later in 2026.
