What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Establish a compelling product vision and roadmap for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer's strategic goals
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather insights and prioritize features that enhance client satisfaction
Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high‑quality features
Continuously manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects current client needs and business objectives
Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision‑making
What is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of experience in product management, preferably focused on web applications or client portals in the insurance or financial services industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience is a must‑have
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
