Establish a compelling product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer's mission and strategic goals Develop a product roadmap prioritizing features based on client needs, market trends, and business objectives Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams to gather insights and deliver high-quality features Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring it reflects current client needs and business objectives Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision-making What is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is essential Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello) How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
