Role Overview As a

Senior Salesforce Business Analyst , reporting to the

Salesforce Architecture Manager , you will support end users, drive adoption, ensure data governance, and enable process improvements through Salesforce and related ecosystems. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Salesforce solutions across multiple projects, collaborating with cross‑functional groups, departments, and external vendors.

Perform complex business and system analysis to optimise processes through end‑to‑end user‑centric solutions.

Document diagrams of current and future state, user stories, requirements, identify gaps, and discover automation opportunities.

Translate functional problems into technical requirements aligned with best practices.

Research and champion workflow and technology initiatives, recommending improvements.

Create and present solution designs via diagrams, presentations, and verbal communication.

Facilitate requirement‑gathering sessions, solution presentations, feature demos, and support end‑user acceptance testing.

Propose solutions to optimise Salesforce performance, increase adoption, and enhance user experience.

Measure productivity impacts and key metrics resulting from new processes and technologies.

Provide post‑project go‑live support and change‑management.

Maintain business documentation.

Required Skills

5+ years as a Business Analyst.

Ability to understand requirements and convert them into solution designs.

Experience with diverse business solutions.

Previous Salesforce experience with Sales, Service, Marketing clouds.

Analytical, creative problem‑solving abilities.

Deep understanding of systems and automation in end‑to‑end business processes.

Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with Revenue and Data cloud, Agentforce (not required).

Mandatory Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder certificates.

Nice to have: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud consultant certifications.
