Our client is an asset-backed third-party logistics provider specializing in custom truckload and freight brokerage solutions across the U.S. and Canada. With a 400+ truck fleet, 1,500+ trailers, and deep expertise in agriculture freight, we deliver reliable, high-quality service — from dry van and flatbed to temperature-controlled and hotshot shipments.
We are growing and looking for a driven, relationship-focused
Sales Executive
to join our team. If you’re energized by developing new business, solving real logistics challenges, and helping shippers move freight smarter, faster, and more efficiently — we want to talk to you.
Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure new shippers with freight‑brokerage and logistic needs
Manage the full sales cycle — lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing
Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers through trust, reliability, and consistent communication
Collaborate closely with our operations & carrier teams to ensure successful freight execution
Understand each customer’s supply‑chain needs and present tailored solutions using our trucking, flatbed, reefer, and hotshot capabilities
Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools, reporting activity, progress, and revenue forecasts
Resolve issues with urgency and transparency while representing Sentry’s commitment to quality and service
What We’re Looking For
Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or B2B sales preferred
Strong negotiation and communication skills — written, verbal, and on the phone
A consultative sales mindset with the ability to understand customer pain points and propose smart freight solutions
Highly organized with strong follow‑up habits and CRM discipline
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable with outbound sales and prospecting
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment where every shipment counts
Team‑player mindset with a customer‑first attitude
