Navy Reentry Portfolio Business Coordinator at Lockheed Martin
Job Description
Coordinate preparations for Technical Review or other large‑scale meetings, including managing attendance, scheduling conference rooms, and organizing the event schedule.
Enhance, schedule, and oversee Reentry business processes, such as maintaining a repository of lessons learned and conducting meetings.
Gather action items from different business processes and monitor progress to ensure completion.
Identify training needs, coordinate training sessions, and assist with onboarding new employees.
Draft and distribute communications to facilitate integration of the Reentry organization within the company.
Support and facilitate projects and initiatives that benefit or streamline the Reentry directorate.
Support tours, business rhythm meetings, and employee engagement events.
Desired Skills
Active Secret Clearance
Excellent, demonstrated communication, presentation and people skills; required for frequent briefings to senior leadership and the customer.
Greenbelt or Blackbelt certified
Experience in Project/Program management
FBM experience
Familiarity with Agile tools/processes
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
