About the Role Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented System Integration & Test Engineer Associate to join our team in Littleton, CO to work in a lab environment. As an early‑career professional, you will play a key role in supporting customer test needs and requirements by developing and implementing test solutions that meet technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of test solutions that meet customer requirements and technical standards
Implement functional and technical test standards to ensure high‑quality test results
Apply basic understanding of test engineering disciplines, including test planning and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and execute tests for complex systems
Work with pressurization, ordnance, and cryogenic systems to develop and implement test solutions
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field (such as Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Systems Engineering) from an accredited college or university
Current or former Certified Test Conductor (CTC) or equivalent
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Desired Skills
Basic understanding of test engineering principles and concepts
Experience writing test plans, test procedures, or technical documents
Interest in hands‑on physical work with hardware
Lab experience
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 schedule with every other Friday off
Pay Rate: $89,300–$157,550 (annual base salary). Salary varies by state and location
