Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and delivering best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. They also serve as talent leaders, driving recruiting, training, staffing, engagement and development. Assistant managers are expected to bring their best selves every day and have the opportunity to grow into future leaders of the store’s organization.
