Acara Solutions is looking for a Contract Administrator for one of our clients in Fruitland, NM.

Overview Role will be a flex role. Wednesdays and Thursdays are required to be on site.

Hours will be M-F, 8am - 4pm. Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour.

Day to Day of Position

Review contracts and help interpret MSAs or purchase orders

Check internal documents for compliance

Audit labor hours, gate logs, timesheets, and other job costs like travel, per diem, supplies, and materials

Ensure invoices are accurate and processed correctly

Make sure all processes follow employment and labor laws

Keep records and documentation accurate and aligned with contracts and company policies

Work with teams like Planning, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Tax, and Treasury

Ensure vendors follow contract terms and company policies

Review contract performance and flag any issues

Approve vendor invoices

Job Requirements

Proficient computer skills, especially in Excel

Strong data analytics skills

Able to communicate complex and detailed information effectively

Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

Highly organized, with ability to track multiple details on multiple projects

Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
