Project Coordinator (Transportation Infrastructure)
Location: Nashville, TN | Full Time | Nashville office
About the Position: Project Coordinator works out of Stansell Electric’s Nashville office, assisting in all aspects of assisting the Project Managers and team members by performing various administrative tasks to keep a project and team running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Assist with setup and transition of newly awarded Transportation Infrastructure projects, creating project summary, roadmaps, and maintaining digital file structure.
Assist PM with pre‑construction packet content retrieval, assembly, and preparation.
Provide initial customer communications (first impressions) and coordinate active project meetings, subcontracts, digital file structure, project documentation, and one calls.
Track project completion file and customer updates, and schedule project finance reviews.
Coordinate team meetings, agenda creation, and host culture warrior activities.
MISCELLANEOUS: cover receptionist duties during lunch, backup other coordinators, and additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
Detail‑oriented, dependable, and good communicator.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related job experience.
