About the Role Bohler’s office in Warrenton, VA, is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to oversee complex project workflows and deliverables. In this crucial role, you will serve as a link between clients, project managers, and regulatory agencies, ensuring that each phase of the land development process proceeds smoothly, accurately, and on time. You will also mentor junior team members, enhance internal processes, and contribute to the successful completion of prominent engineering projects that positively impact communities within and beyond the Greater NOVA region.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, engineers, and agencies to ensure seamless project execution

Supervise permitting, approval, and subconsultant coordination processes

Oversee the preparation and submission of applications, reports, and supporting documentation

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring accountability and accuracy

Review and coordinate subconsultant invoicing and approvals

Develop project charts, schedules, and status reports for leadership and client updates

Mentor administrative and coordination staff, promoting professional growth and operational consistency

Support project managers in tracking financial metrics, accounts receivable, and client communication

Ensure document management, compliance, and submission quality across all project stages

What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

7+ years of experience supporting project management or coordination in civil engineering, land development, or related fields

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Newforma or project management software is a plus

Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with internal teams, clients, and agencies

Proven ability to manage confidential information and exercise sound judgment

Commitment to collaboration, mentorship, and continuous process improvement
