About the Role The Pool & Beach Supervisor must effectively coordinate and supervise the operation of the Pool & Beach or any other supported areas. The role also serves the pool & beach staff and leads the team to provide an exceptional guest experience according to Four Seasons standards.
What You Will Do
Ensure service procedures and standards are being executed by all pool & beach staff.
Provide visible leadership, recognition, strong guest engagement skills, and effectively develop rapport to handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests or residents.
Assist with the service and preparation of beverage and food to guests and amenities.
What You Bring
Previous luxury hospitality experience.
Previous supervisory or management experience in Food & Beverage.
College degree or equivalent preferred.
