Location:
Ridgefield, New Jersey
Compensation:
$21.50 – $24.50 / hour, biweekly pay, 11 paid holidays, prorated PTO, 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients, rotate stations, and operate production equipment accurately
Follow state regulations for product storage, handling, and sanitation
Maintain high‑quality standards, performing ongoing QA/QC inspections during shifts
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, responding to questions and suggestions promptly
Keep the kitchen clean and organized, minimizing waste
Assist with packaging tasks as needed
Adapt to changes in duties or responsibilities as the role evolves
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of related food production or kitchen experience
Understanding of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Valid state permits, licenses, or certifications required
ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred
Willingness to submit to a background check
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Legal age of 21 years or older in all applicable jurisdictions
Benefits Hourly rate of $21.50 / hr, paid biweekly with overtime eligibility, 11 paid holidays, 80 hours PTO, 401(k) retirement plan, and full health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
