We are looking for a

Production Support Specialist

for our Oregon – Clackamas location.

Overview Wyld is a Pacific Northwest-based company that produces cannabis tasting edibles and beverages. The Production Support team ensures efficient, high-quality manufacturing operations, working collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. The role involves preparing ingredients, logging production, performing quality checks, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Quickly prepare and accurately log ingredients, rotate stations on the fly, and operate all production equipment.

Operate under current state guidelines, including compliant storage and handling of all products.

Maintain high‑quality standards with continuous QA/QC of all products during shifts.

Work effectively with others in high‑pressure situations with a sense of urgency.

Communicate and respond to questions or suggestions from various levels within the company.

Maintain and comply with sanitation and safety standards.

Keep the kitchen and work environment clean and organized.

Perform visual quality inspections and minimize waste where possible.

Assist with packaging responsibilities as required.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

At least 6 months of directly related experience in a food production or kitchen environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience working with a high sense of urgency in a team or independent environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Must obtain all required state permits, licenses, and certifications.

ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred.

Willingness to submit to a background check.

Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

21 years of age or older.

Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $21.50 – $26.15, paid biweekly. Additional benefits include overtime, 11 paid holidays, 80 hours of PTO, 401(k), and fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance.
