Responsibilities
Build strong customer relationships and create “Customers for Life.”
Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections including pre‑ and post‑construction treatments and monitoring of termite bait systems.
Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Work safely and efficiently by adhering to safety standards and operating company equipment and vehicles. Apply pest control products in compliance with label standards.
Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
No prior experience necessary.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to work independently and manage route‑based assignments.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.).
Ability to work independently and manage route‑based assignments.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
