Compensation
Starting hourly range $19‑$21

Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
Support pre‑ and post‑construction termite treatments and monitor termite bait systems; assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections.
Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Work safely and efficiently: adhere to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles; apply pest control products in compliance with label standards.
Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
No prior experience necessary.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to work independently and manage route‑based assignments.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.).
Ability to work independently and manage route‑based assignments.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
