Position Overview

The client is a reputable beverage chain company/teahouse that was founded in 2012. They are growing tremendously in the U.S. with premium locations in LA, New York, Seattle, Boston, and the Bay Area. With its innovative specialities in cheese tea and new-style fruit tea, the company opened 4000+ stores worldwide and conducted numerous collaborations with major IPs in promoting their exquisite tea assortments. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple units within a designated region. This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, achieving sales targets, and maintaining brand standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, business acumen, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Oversee the overall operations of stores within the assigned region, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards. Implement and enforce company policies and operational procedures to optimize store performance. Ensure all stores comply with health, safety, and food quality regulations. Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff to build a high-performing team. Provide leadership and support to foster a positive and results-driven work culture. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement. Develop and manage budgets for each store, ensuring cost control and profitability. Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals. Customer Experience: Uphold the brand’s commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience across all stores. Monitor customer feedback and proactively address concerns. Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company objectives. Identify opportunities for growth, operational improvements, and market expansion.

Qualifications

Proven experience in multi-unit management, preferably in the food & beverage, restaurant, retail or service industry. Have managed at least 3 store units at the same time, preferably 4-6 stores. Strong team leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Business acumen with a data-driven approach to performance management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs. Flexibility to travel within the east coast region.
