Customer Technical Operations Manager
to lead and support a customer-embedded technical manufacturing operation within a production environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who thrives in
process-driven, safety-critical settings

Direct ownership of a
customer-facing technical production center Hands-on leadership in
manufacturing quality, safety, and process execution Opportunity to make a visible impact on

Lead day-to-day operations of a customer technical center supporting production schedules Ensure
safe operations
using Lean manufacturing and 5S practices Maintain appropriate
inventory levels
aligned to customer production needs Develop, maintain, and enforce
Standard Operating Procedures
for production, blending, and quality control Perform and oversee
color matching and formulation control Manage press returns, obsolete materials, and associated documentation Coordinate work schedules to ensure uninterrupted support while managing labor efficiency Provide hands-on
technical troubleshooting
for production or press-related issues Document technical issues, root causes, and corrective actions Maintain accurate manufacturing and quality records Support and coach technical team members as needed Approve timecards and maintain performance documentation for assigned staff What We're Looking For
Required
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience
in a manufacturing, production, or technical operations environment Strong understanding of
quality control, safety standards, and process discipline Comfort working in
hands-on, customer-embedded roles Ability to document processes and maintain accurate records Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred
Experience in printing, coatings, inks, chemicals, or similar technical manufacturing environments Exposure to
Lean manufacturing or 5S Inventory management or materials handling experience Ability to work independently while collaborating with customer and internal teams Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range:
$ – $85000-$95000 Full benefits package including:
Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off
