Job Summary Lead East Coast Business Development opportunities in alignment with corporate strategies and priorities.
Responsibilities and Duties Maintain relationships within defined markets to support opportunity capture and pursuit activities. Interact comfortably and effectively with senior strategic customers, decision makers, third party partners, and offices. Translate market trends into compelling strategies. Guide capture and pursuit activities in coordination with established process to improve probability of successful offers. Support proposal development activities, conduct color team reviews, and support proposal preparation as required. Maintain opportunity data to support reporting efforts and increase situational awareness across the corporation.
Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience including 10 years demonstrated success performing Business Development efforts. Demonstrated knowledge in Navy markets. Ability to maintain a pipeline from identification through award. Proven relationships in the federal contracting industry a must. Candidate must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
