Office Manager
who understands both
people and performance
to help lead day‑to‑day operations.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in
personal training, physical therapy, sports performance, or wellness
who is ready to step into a leadership and operations‑focused position while remaining connected to a mission‑driven healthcare environment.
The Office Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, manage staff, and ensure the business runs smoothly so providers can focus on delivering exceptional care. This individual will serve as the operational backbone of the organization—balancing people management, scheduling, client experience, and administrative oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office and clinic operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
Manage and support front desk, administrative, and support staff
Coordinate schedules for providers, staff, and clients
Serve as the point of contact for operational questions, workflows, and problem‑solving
Maintain a high‑level client experience from intake through ongoing care
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and healthcare standards
Assist with onboarding, training, and performance management of staff
Monitor office supplies, systems, and vendor relationships
Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and operational growth
Support basic reporting, documentation, and administrative functions
Oversee or support DEXA X‑ray scheduling, workflows, and client coordination as needed
Ideal Background
Experience in
personal training, physical therapy, sports performance, or health/wellness environments
Experience working with
DEXA X‑ray systems
or body composition imaging is a plus
Prior leadership, supervisory, or operations experience (formal or informal)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable leading teams and holding staff accountable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Client‑focused mindset with high attention to detail
Ability to think operationally while maintaining a people‑first approach
Comfortable using scheduling systems, EMRs, CRM tools, or office software
