Group Supervisor

The Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center (DJTC)
in Dermott, Arkansas ✨
DJTC is a secure residential program for at‑risk male youth ages 18‑21, located outside of Dermott, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, DJTC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on‑site school and library, vocational training program, medical and an outdoor recreation area. Pay $45,000 annually; can increase based on education and years of experience
Perks & Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision and Company paid Life Insurance within 90 days, 401k match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues and more!
To be considered you should:
Internal applicants must have completed Youth Care 101 and Essentials Subjects. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have at least 1 year of experience working at‑risk youth. Supervisory experience is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test. Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry. Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active driver’s license.
Schedule: 3.5 days per week, 12‑hour shifts
A Shift – Sunday/Monday/Tuesday 7am‑9am and Wednesday 8am‑3pm *1 hour break each day*
B Shift – Thursday/Friday/Saturday 7am‑9pm and Wednesday 2pm‑9pm *1 hour break each day*
