Procurement Support Analyst – Public Procurement & Contract Compliance Job Description
We are hiring a Procurement Support Analyst to assist in RFP/RFI development, vendor compliance, and procurement lifecycle monitoring for major capital and transit initiatives. You’ll be key to ensuring transparency, fairness, and regulatory adherence in purchasing. Key Responsibilities:
Support drafting of procurement documents (RFPs, RFIs, IFBs). Conduct bid evaluations and scorecard analyses. Track DBE/MBE/WBE vendor participation and compliance. Maintain contract status and procurement dashboards. Collaborate with legal and finance teams on contract terms. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Procurement, Public Admin, Legal Studies, or Business. Experience:
3–6 years supporting transit or infrastructure-related procurement. Familiarity with FAR, NYS finance rules, or MTA guidelines preferred. Skills:
Contract drafting and negotiation support Bid tabulation and scoring tools Vendor portals and procurement platforms Stakeholder coordination and documentation Certifications (Preferred):
