Responsibilities
Classify imported products for Harmonized Tariff System (HTS) codes and exported products for Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN)
Ensure compliance with government agency requirements, including FDA and EPA regulations
Perform ownership and restricted party screening for international transactions
Maintain accurate import and export information in SAP S/4 HANA system databases
Participate in the planning and execution of trade compliance webinars and audits
Qualifications
4 - 8 years of experience in the import and/or export compliance field
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, trade compliance, or a related field preferred
Experience using global trade management platforms
Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Automated Export Systems (AES) filings with the U.S. Census Bureau
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Customs broker license is a plus
