Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift
Location: South Windsor, CT 06074
Shift: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Must Haves
3–5 years of experience in a warehouse or production environment
3–5 years of supervisory or people‑leadership experience
Experience supervising 15–25 employees (permanent and temporary)
Strong knowledge of production floor operations and workflow
Ability to work 2nd shift with flexibility for overtime and weekends
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient with PC applications (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word)
Strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills
Nice to Haves
Experience with mail industry production equipment (Bindery, Insertion, Postal Sort)
ISO and quality training experience
Experience cross‑training associates to improve efficiency and reduce labor costs
Experience working with outside vendors
Prior experience in regulated or SLA‑driven production environments
