Manage cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations.
Oversee staffing, paperwork, and scheduling.
Maintain store cleanliness and uphold brand standards.
Support marketing initiatives and maintain profitability.
Qualifications
Proficiency in operating all store equipment and managing daily activities.
Excellent arithmetic skills for sales, pricing, and currency handling.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience with inventory control, cash management, and customer service.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and work in varying temperatures.
Prior experience in a fast‑moving restaurant or similar environment preferred.
Essential Skills
Quickly add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
Provide correct monetary change.
Enter orders accurately using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Maintain motor coordination for rapid, precise movements.
Work Conditions Work may involve exposure to hot surfaces, food odors, and temperature extremes. Outdoor duties such as trash removal may be required in varying weather.
