CACI is seeking a cleared
Operations Analyst
to support an Army Program Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA. You’ll independently apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. You may be assigned to participate in or lead program/project efforts to support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders, to include management of personnel onboarding and offboarding.
Secret clearance is required.
Responsibilities
Support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders.
Foster collaboration with industry to solicit feedback on Army modernization plans and keep industry informed about new initiatives and technologies.
Manage taskers and staffing packets.
Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications.
Control, manage, and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.).
Plan, resource, and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.).
Facilitate and coordinate briefings from the Army and opportunities for one-on-one meetings between industry and Army personnel to discuss specific programs and capabilities.
Archive Operations functional documents and information.
Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences; and
Plan and manage facility requirements.
Depending on placement in organization, may be required to support special requirements.

Qualifications Required
Active Secret Security Clearance
Associate’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience
Ability to use Microsoft applications to include SharePoint
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with others
Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously
Desired
Bachelor's Degree
> 10 years of relevant experience
Previous experience supporting an Army Program Manager office
Previous experience supporting Army modernization plans and collaborating with stakeholders about new initiatives and technologies
