Mayvin is seeking an
Operations Analyst
to synchronize and deconflict both internal and external stakeholders to manage limited resources while supporting the government team(s). An Operations Analyst will coordinate correspondence and taskings across both internal PEO and external government and commercial offices. They work closely with project teams to coordinate and execute project deliverables, answer official correspondence, manage schedules and resources to meet customer expectations.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Clearance Required: SECRET
Responsibilities
Assists with technical assignments and supports acquisition and project teams across multiple functional areas.
Manage acquisition documentation and schedules to ensure document packages are managed and submitted on time.
Support organizational‑level operations and information correspondence with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders.
Manage official taskers and staffing packets across multiple internal and external organizations.
Develop and publish organizational‑level policies and procedures, Letters of instruction, as well as other directives, and communications such as EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.
Control, manage, and schedule multiple organizational resources.
Plan, resource and support organizational events such as briefings, town halls, and ceremonies, etc.
