Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and web leads to assist customers in selecting energy plans.
Build rapport with customers quickly and confidently over the phone.
Identify customer needs, explain product options, and close sales effectively.
Navigate multiple systems and platforms including CRM tools and web-based applications.
Maintain a strong understanding of the energy market and company offering.
Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a sales-driven mindset.
Collaborate with team members to share strategies and drive overall success.
Qualifications
1+ year of inside sales experience preferred.
1+ year of energy industry experience is a plus, but not required.
1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
Excellent phone presence and ability to build trust quickly.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Experience with CRM systems and web-based tools.
