Overview Coordinates incoming and outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products and parts that include functions such as warehousing, shop and delivery services to ensure material availability and delivery when needed to meet production schedules | Compiles data on order volume, production schedules and forecasts and applies statistical methods to estimate future materials requirements.

Responsibilities

Supervises work and personnel associated with receiving, shipping, materials handling, warehousing, and/or expediting.

Coordinates incoming/outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products, and parts. Drafts and maintains production schedules.

Ensures material availability and delivery.

Oversees the day‑to‑day activities of production or operations workers.

Uses order volume data to forecast and estimate future material requirements.

Leads and directs the work of other employees and has some responsibility for personnel actions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions with concurrence from the HR Directors & General Managers.

Qualifications Required Education:

Associate's Degree; Equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's Degree

Discipline/Major:

Computer, Software or Systems Engineering degree preferred

Years and Area of Experience (required for the role):

5-7 years experience in a relevant function
