The Difference You Will Make The Store Driver serves the greater local area, participates in the daily operation of the store including delivery, inventory – pulling orders, stocking and replenishment, shipping, and other support activities in the overall growth and maintenance of the store.
Core Functions Of This Role
Stock shelves, clean store equipment, load/unload delivery trucks, and rotate all incoming stock
Maintain the warehouse space by ensuring it is clean, neat, orderly, and above all else, safe
Utilize RF scanner and other methods to log incoming materials and products
Fill customer orders and ready them for pick‑up or delivery
Load customer vehicles and outgoing delivery trucks
Utilize a Millcraft vehicle to make customer deliveries while maneuvering safely
Use material handling equipment as required
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Valid driver’s license appropriate to the state’s laws regarding non‑CDL vehicles, and a clean driving record required
Ability to operate company equipment and vehicles
Capacity to retrieve products from shelves, warehouse, and floor stacks, lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
Pass a pre‑employment DOT background check, physical exam, and drug screen
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Solid basic math aptitude
Previous experience using RF scanners and an ERP system is preferred
Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures and actively embody our core values in every interaction and responsibility
1–3 years of driving experience in a customer‑facing environment
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift items that weigh a minimum of 75 lbs regularly
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to bend, stoop, and climb repetitiously throughout the day
Ability to navigate in a busy warehouse environment
Work Environment At the corporate level, the work environment characteristics described herein are generally representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. The environment is moderately quiet to moderately noisy, with temperature moderated by heat in the winter and air circulation methods in the summer.
