Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Living Division, leading complex ground-up and renovation projects across multifamily, student housing, and hotel/hospitality sectors. This individual will play a key role in managing schedule, budget, subcontractors, and overall project execution on high-visibility developments in the St. Louis area.
Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage project schedules, budgets, cost controls, and forecasting
Lead coordination with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Ensure contract compliance, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
Review and approve RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress billings
Maintain proactive communication with ownership groups and stakeholders
Provide leadership to project staff, fostering strong collaboration and accountability
Contribute to successful delivery of multifamily, student housing, and hospitality projects
Qualifications
5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction, ideally with experience in high rise renovations or historic renovations
Experience with multifamily, student housing, hospitality, or related “living” environments preferred
Strong understanding of historic renovation or adaptive reuse projects is a plus
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from $20M - $100M
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in construction management software and project reporting tools
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
