Location: Lake Mary, FL / Pittsburgh, PA.
Responsibilities
Play an essential role in providing support for the remediation of alerts and incidents across the bank.
Identify and remediate server‑related issues experienced by stakeholders. Responsibilities include alert response, incident management, change management, and recovery of service across multiple product lines.
Oversee and respond to incidents and alerts across the server infrastructure, which include Windows, Unix, ESX, Cisco UCS, and other technologies across the global estate.
Perform advanced troubleshooting across various server technologies, including physical checks and remediations at local office.
Perform advanced troubleshooting during critical incident bridge calls.
Remediate server backup failures and restore files by request or during critical incidents.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
4–6 years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
Linux or Windows Administration certification strongly preferred, or 2 years of technical training/associate’s degree in Information Technology.
Previous experience in various server environments, which include Windows, Unix, VMware, or similar platforms.
Previous experience using service‑management software, such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Salesforce.
Functional understanding of the ITIL model.
