Responsibilities

Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next‑level customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting promotions to drive revenue.

Piercing Excellence: Conduct piercings, provide after‑care education, and maintain a sterile environment while addressing customer questions.

Keep It Fresh: Maintain an attractive store with organized inventory and appealing displays for easy browsing.

Team Collaboration: Motivate the team, share sales tips, and create a positive, high‑energy vibe that customers and coworkers love.

Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and stay updated on fashion and social media trends to help customers find their style.

Store Operations: Oversee inventory, cash transactions, visual merchandising, and promotional activities to ensure smooth store operations.

Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to show off new accessories and piercings on social media, turning their Claire’s haul into viral moments.

About You

Sales‑Obsessed Energy: Love making a sale, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers.

Social & Digital Savvy: Know trending topics and how to translate them into an amazing customer experience.

Customer‑First Mentality: Understand people and make them feel confident and empowered.

Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales‑driving responsibility.

Ready to Hustle: Organized, self‑motivated, and always looking for ways to level up.

Job Requirements

Proficient in conducting piercings and demonstrating patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.

Proficient operating a POS system for efficient transactions.

High school completion and at least one year of retail management experience.

Physical ability to stand during scheduled shifts, lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lb), bend, stoop, and climb ladders or step stools.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and management.

Strong grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for fashion and customer service.

Compensation Hourly range: $9.50 – $11.00. The final compensation will be determined by experience, education, and location.
