Piercing Excellence: Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions throughout the process. Keep It Fresh: Maintain an Insta‑worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy‑to‑shop layouts. Team Collaboration: Motivate the team, share sales tips, and create a positive, high‑energy vibe that customers and coworkers love. Brand Representation: Showcase Claire’s products and services, stay plugged into the latest fashion and social media trends, and suggest products to boost sales. Store Operations: Oversee inventory, handle cash transactions, perform visual merchandising, and coordinate promotional activities. Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share new accessories and piercings on social media, turning their haul into the next viral moment. About You
Sales‑Obsessed Energy: Love the thrill of making a sale, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers. Social & Digital Savvy: Know what’s trending and translate that into an amazing customer experience. Customer‑First Mentality: Get people and make them feel confident and empowered. Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales‑driving responsibility. Ready to Hustle: Organized, self‑motivated, and always looking for ways to level up. Job Requirements
Conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers. Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently. High school completion and at least one year of retail management experience. Stand during scheduled shifts, lift 11‑35 kg (25‑75 lbs), bend, stoop, and reach while assisting customers. Passionate about providing customers daily opportunities to express themselves freely. Energized by interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service throughout their visit. Inspired by values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self‑expression. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and management. Strong grasp of mathematics essential for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling. Driven team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
