Responsibilities
Oversee manufacturing, engineering, facilities, and capital projects
Embed Lean and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies
Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
Drive safety, quality, and cost-efficiency across all operations
Coach and develop teams to build a culture of ownership and innovation
Support site strategy, governance, and performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications
5+ years in regulated/GMP manufacturing environments
Strong operational background across production and engineering
Proven experience implementing Lean and Operational Excellence programs
Commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
Leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
BS in Science, Engineering, or Business Management (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred)
