What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Establish a compelling product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer’s strategic goals
Develop and manage a product roadmap prioritizing features based on client needs and market trends
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather insights and deliver high-quality product features
Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and aligning development efforts with business objectives
Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform strategic decision-making and optimize the client experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is essential
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
Experience with data analytics tools and techniques for measuring product performance
