What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Establish a compelling product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer’s mission and strategic goals
Develop a product roadmap prioritizing features based on client needs and market trends, collaborating with regional stakeholders
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams to deliver high-quality features
Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring it reflects current client needs and business objectives
Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
