Service & Engagement Overview Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank and exceed guest service expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Build a team of passionate Guest Advocates and Service & Engagement Leaders.
Drive total store sales and understand role in sales growth.
Anticipate staffing needs and recruit.
Manage training completion and provide continuous education.
Engage in development conversations with team.
Personalize recognition to reinforce guest service behaviors.
Establish accountability and performance management.
Analyze business reporting and guest insights.
De-escalate negative guest experiences.
Own schedules, support peak traffic times.
Manage store experience and staffing flexibility.
Champion physical and digital offerings.
Utilize guest survey reporting tools.
Lead team to deliver efficient pick-up experience.
Work schedule includes early morning, evening and weekends.
Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
Qualifications
4‑year degree or equivalent experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong business acumen.
Experience managing hourly team members and leaders.
Recruiting, selecting and talent management skills.
Problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis.
Adapt to current technology needs.
Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
Flexible work schedule and regular attendance.
