Jersey Mike's Subs is a fast casual sub sandwich restaurant with more than 2,000 locations across the U.S. We are expanding to Anchorage and Wasilla, soon to be in Eagle River and beyond. Qualifications
1–3 years of restaurant experience preferred
1 year of management and/or leadership experience preferred
Exceptional time management and organization skills
Must thrive in a fast‑paced work environment
Strong work ethic and accountability
Ability to lead a team and communicate efficiently, verbally and in writing
Minimum 50‑hour work week
Willingness to coach and manage employees effectively on store operations
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of in‑store operations, including staffing, scheduling, food safety, inventory, merchandising, and brand compliance
Manage daily restaurant operations – sales, people, profit, and daily activities
Ensure high food quality and customer/employee safety
Create a positive guest experience with high‑level service
Maintain overall restaurant cleanliness
Hire, interview, and develop team members
Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments
Lead training, development, motivation, and performance of Jersey Mike’s team members
Build sales through strategic local restaurant marketing and community involvement
