Fujian HighJet Holdings
is a leading integrated textile manufacturer with over 35 years of experience in producing nylon yarns, performance fabrics, and apparel. With five major production bases in China and a global supply chain network, we are expanding our presence across the U.S. market. We are seeking a West Coast-based business development professional to lead our national growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a national sales strategy targeting key apparel hubs across the U.S., including but not limited to California, the Pacific Northwest, the Midwest, and the East Coast.
Prospect, engage, and secure partnerships with sportswear brands, outdoor apparel companies, distributors, and OEM partners nationwide.
Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and negotiation to closing—while achieving aggressive growth targets.
Represent HighJet at major U.S. industry events such as Outdoor Retailer (California), Magic Show (Las Vegas), and functional textile expos in New York and other regions.
Serve as the primary stateside contact for national accounts, ensuring seamless collaboration between U.S. clients and our Asia-based product and supply chain teams.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities in different geographic and product segments.
Ideal Candidate
Based on the West Coast with 8+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in textiles, apparel, or performance wear.
Proven ability to manage national accounts and drive growth across multiple regions.
Existing network with key U.S. apparel brands, manufacturers, or distributors is highly preferred.
Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and experience working in cross-cultural environments.
Comfortable with regular domestic travel to key apparel hubs and occasional international trips.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus but not required.
