PS Customer Service Representative - Remote Bilingual Required

Join Conifer Health Solutions as a Customer Service Representative supporting physician billing for multiple clients. This remote position requires bilingual proficiency. Job Summary

The role supports the Customer Service Call Center by handling patient billing inquiries, ensuring high-quality customer service and patient satisfaction while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and product knowledge. Triage issues not resolved during the conversation and follow up with patients or guarantors. Complete additional customer service duties as assigned. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred: 1+ year of medical customer service or call center experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word required. Experience with medical billing systems (GE Centricity or EPIC) a plus. Required Certifications/Licensure

Pay: $14.50 - $21.80 per hour, dependent on location, qualifications, and experience. Potential signing bonus for qualified new hires, subject to employment status. Conifer observed holidays receive time and a half. Benefits
