JOB SUMMARY Supervises and leads the day-to-day activities of 10+ cash posting staff; both onsite and telecommuters, hires, trains, schedules, monitors staff including the performance evaluation process. Effectively maintains a work environment which stimulates and motivates the growth of subordinates. Interacts with internal and external resources at multiple levels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Others may be assigned.

Oversees the day-to‑day activities of subordinates including, but not limited to, monitoring daily production, scheduling, time and attendance, appropriate coverage, and equipment functioning and availabilities, etc.

Reviews and responds to email and phone messages from the facility, staff, and management. Completes accounts referred to supervisory unit by staff or management on a daily basis. Maintains proficiency in all system platforms.

Trains, develops, motivates, and assists subordinates in reaching new levels of skills, knowledge and attitude.

Creates reports such as staff memos, meeting agendas, quick reference materials and month‑end reports. Daily/weekly/monthly meetings with staff as needed.

Establishes performance objectives and evaluation criteria for monthly incentives.

Performs quality review of staff work efforts at the account level.

Review and approve reconciliations, postings, clearing of unidentified accounts.

Monitor and ensure credit card refunds and charity adjustments are posted with the service level agreement.

Identify and communicate trends and issues to management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

High School Diploma or equivalent

2–3 years business office or related experience preferred

Compensation and Benefit Information Compensation

Pay: $51,626.00 - $77,438.00 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.

Management level positions may be eligible for sign‑on and relocation bonuses.
